Warranty & Care Instructions
We want you to be wearing our jewelry everyday and love them for years to come.
Warranty
We offer 1 year warranty to all our standard jewelry if they were found tarnished and 2 year warranty to all our fine jewelry items.
Please note the warranty does not cover general wear, damage caused by accident, misuse, neglect or failed repair attempts. The warranty does not cover purchases made using online auction sites or other unauthorized resellers.
Care Instructions
Although most of our pieces are tarnish-resistant, we'd still highly recommend you to avoid water, perfume, lotions, and harsh chemicals around them.
If your pieces get wet, wipe it dry as soon as possible.
For pieces with Moissanite, you can clean the stone gently with mild soap, warm water, and a soft brush, then dry with a lint-free cloth.
Store sterling silver jewelry separately in a dry pouch or jewelry box.
